Blog formatting (something to distinguish between blog posts .... a line or shading

Hello

it is hard to distinguish one blog post from another (https://apstdo.weebly.com/infos)

I have tried inserting a html line in the post header and footer (blog settings), but you only see the lines when a single post is opened (and there is no list of posts) - so it does not help.

Maybe if i could put in a slighty grey background behind posts, then there might be white space between posts. Or vice versa would work too. A line between posts would also work - anything really - it does not have to be very pretty.

Has anyone any ideas of how to do this? I imagine it'll be in the CSS coding which i dont know how to use.

Thanks in advance

🙂

Hi   @marit

There is a hack:

https://editortricks.weebly.com/how-to-create-a-divider-line-between-weebly-blog-posts.html

I use it to good effect    but it means modifying the html  and weebly will then class ur site as CUSTOM and will  hence offer limited suppport if u start adding too much coding and if u make a mistake Weebly will offer limited support
