I've been helping to edit the above website and they've asked for help because a new photo that they've uploaded to their home page is getting cropped so that people's heads are getting cut off.
I've resized the photo, cropped it to give it more headroom and repositioned it but we're still having the same issue. I noticed that I'd cropped the photo at the bottom, saved and published but the full size image was still showing on the website, so I wondered if I was seeing a cached page. I've tried viewing it in incognito mode and a different browser, but it's still the same. So I'm wondering if the changes aren't getting published.
Any ideas?
