A site was set up by a former IT employee, and it was assigned to me. I was made a user on the site; however, when I try to log in to Weebly, it will not accept my credentials. I tried to reset my password, and it doesn't even send me an email. I made a new account to try and access customer service. The site is memshop.org. Please let me know what I need to do to regain access to our site.
