Anyone here use the Business - Paper theme, or know how to achieve this?

I am currently on the last few site hurdles of my site design, and was wondering if anyone would know of any tutorials of how to achieve the circular images and left side widget tab like the the website below has (not mine).

I've been sucked in to online tutorials and am wary of spending 30 mins messing around with coding which won't even work on this particular theme. I am also interested in how I can add a contact number to my header. If I could do this the theme would be perfect.

The images themselves were made to look like that and were just used with standard image elements. You might be able to use the Team Card app to do something like that, though:
