Adding subcribe button to page using createsend

I am trying to use the code below to create a mailing list for my site but can't seem to find where to put the code in the html, code is below and I would like the subscribe button just above the footer on this page:

Any help would be really appreciated

Copy that code and paste it into an Embed Code element, @edyates. If you add the element to the bottom of all of the content on a page, it should get it just above the footer for you.
