Adding a new feature

I want to send our members to the webiste by having them sign-up for activites we do each month.  What is the best way to do this?  Would it be:

1) Have a new tab.  First they click on the tab then select an activity from a drop down window, then sign-up for that activity when another drop down window appears.

2) Have a calendar showing each activity and on what day it is held.  Have the members click on the day/activity then sign-up when a drop down window appears

Not all the members have smart phones.  We would rather have something on the website.  Do you know of a way for us to accomplish this?

Sorry for the confusion, @Larry.  The apps in our App Center are things you can add to Weebly site itself and not apps that are installed on a mobile device.  For example, there's an app called "Simple Table" which will give you a Table element you drag to a page of your site.
