Adding a document/PDF

None of my documents from my computer are uploading to my weebly site; PDF or Word documents... I have not had this issue in the past importing PDF's onto my site but I have tried numerous times today and I can not upload documents... and the copy and past option will not work as these documents have images in them. Help!!!

Very sorry for the trouble. Can you tell me what page of your site you are trying to upload the document? What happens when you upload? Are you receiving any error messages?

Can you send the document to me here? If you like you can send it as a private message. This will allow me to test the exact same file, on my end.

If there are more than one, please send a few of them. Also, let me know where you'd like them to appear.

I am still not able to add a PDF; so frustrating. The PDF's from my computer will not upload to page 'Brachy week 3' and 'Brachy week 4'.

Where am I suppose to send my document so someone can review it? Is there anyway I can call and talk directly to someone?

That's unfortunate, @KMPhillips. Are you trying to add your PDF using the document element provided by Scribd, or are you linking to it for download with text/image/buttons?

I am having the same problem ... yesterday, scribe upload fine ... today is says it can't up load the doc. PDF and all

Sounds like Scribd is having some issues today; they usually resolve these in a timely fashion, so I'd recommend coming back in a bit to see if it's working again for you.

Having a problem adding PDF too..

Not able to add PDF...there a file but no extension like the other PDF upload that i uploaded before..

Is there a period or dash in the file name of your PDF, @AndrewJ2513? There's currently an issue causing problems for uploads that contain those. If you remove any periods or dashes it should upload, though.

If you're using the document element provided by Scribd, you might need to check it in a bit. Sometimes it takes Scribd a little while to convert the document.

I'm trying to as well. I've been trying for over a month to upload a PDF as a document. It just spins and spins saying Document Converting
Sorry, we can't display this document.

It's a normal PDF, using the document tool. Please fix this, it's been a long time and this is how I put my resume up.

Hi KMPhillips,

1. Auction Page.

2. I select the PDF and it just keeps converting , does not upload.

3. No error message received.

I'll try to send the PDF doc as a private message.

Are you trying to display the document or add it as a download file? Are you using the Scribd Element or a third party app? Thanks so much for the additional info!
