Adding Embed Code to a Photo?

Hi, I've just bought a photo from a licenced site with the intent of adding an embed code to it. It's a donate button photo so I wanted to add our fundraiser link to the photo. I already use a button for donorbox for our main donation site, that's fine, but is there a way to add the embed code to a photo so that when supporters click on the photo it takes them to our specific fundraiser? I didn't think to check before I paid for the image

my gf made this button from scratch     just  download if from my site  HIT DOWNLOAD     you can see an example of the image/button clearly on the page

just link it to the payment site (paypal for example)
