ADA lawsuit and making site compliable.
Hello,
I am currently being sued for my website not being ADA compliant under Title III. I am a small business so I don't have the means to fight it out in court. We are currently in talks to try and settle out of court and I'm crossing my fingers that it doesn't put me out of business.
I am told regardless of the monetary amount, one of the terms will be that we need to fix our website to make it ADA compliant. I realize there are some things on my end that I can fix fairly easy but much of what needs to be fixed is more so on the end of Weebly.
For example: The payment icons (visa, mastercard, etc) at checkout do not have alt text associated with them, making the blind have to guess what payment options are available, which is discrimintory (or so I'm told). I'm also told that we have no control over that feature and only Weebly could make those edits.
So my question is, does anyone have any contact information for someone in Weebly that is beyond the standard customer support and "vote on" feature?
I would think that both myself and Weebly could greatly benefit from a conversation so that I could make my site more compliant and they could make their platform less of a risk for their customers.

Can you submit an email case to our support team, @Tim12? Once you do, let us know the case number and we can let our Policy team know. I'm not sure not what they can do but they're probably the best team to look at this.

What were the results? Is Weebly making headway on this? Are those payment icons at checkout actually Alt-Texted now?
