Seo problems

I Hope some of you can help af stupid dane.

I'm having trouble with my HTML code setup. I can't change them. I try in SEO to enter new meta keywords but they will not be resolved. So search engines do not find my site. I think it's weebly's setup that fails. Some ideas? Of course, I make sure to tap the Save and Update page. But the codes do not change. They are the same as when I created the site 2 years ago and everything has changed since

Up there is the old keywords and down is the new one. But meta keywords is not change.
