I only have 1 page but everytime I use seo software check my work it tells me, I have 2 pages.How do I fix this or whats going on?

You could make one page canonical. Place the following code in the Header Code section of your page:

<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.apexjunkremovak.com" />

That should make your .com page the only page indexed by search engines.
