Can't verify account so I can't publish my website

hi I have purchased my domain name through Weebly, for a year but cant seem to publish it keeps telling me my register is wrong, I cannot find in any place were to access my register or publish web site saying to access the DNS that I cannot find anywhere can you please tell me what to do have been trying to publish web site for 10 days

It looks like you still have the credit for the domain your account. Will you please go to the domain tab of your dashboard, type in the domain you'd like to use, and then follow the instructions there? Please let us know if you have any trouble.

It looks like you've been able to publish your site since you posted last week, @Celine62.  Are you still having trouble with anything?

How do I "Verify my account"? I am trying to publish my first site and the Publish button just redirects me to a separate page telling me to verify... Please Help!
