404 error message cannot be edited

Hi,

My website links are all link mistakes and is giving 404 error messages to visitors. For and example,

https://cjislam.weebly.com/why-qaza-hairstyle-is-not-haram-in-islam5-strong-proofs.html is a working link

but
https://cjislam.weebly.com//why-qaza-hairstyle-is-not-haram-in-islam5-strong-proofs.html is giving a 404 error 

I tried to redirect the broken links in he SEO settings in weebly but even this has not solved this problem. Can you please tell me how I can edit and correct the misspelled links because my traffic has tanked.

Where are the broken links on your site? The second link gives a 404 because you have two forward slashes after the domain name instead of one. Are those in Google search results? Links within your site shouldn't have a double-slash like that.
