One of my members is trying to log in on his android phone. He clicks log in, enters his credentials, clicks Log In. Then it does a little reload, and brings him back to the main page. It does not log him in. I tried logging in with his credentials on my apple device and on a different android device and had no issue, so I know it is not the credentials. We turned off his popup blocker. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this?
