I have my old weebly site stting on Ipower web host site is not publisjed anymore I can export the weebly arhive.

Ipower  host my domain name also. How do I upload the archive to a new weebly site here and can I just point my doman or do I need to move it here to weebly

The site content archive isn't quite the same as saving the site, as it only contains the assets you uploaded to the site. You would need to re-upload them from the archive in that case. Where the domain is concerned, however, you can point or transfer it as you prefer.
