How do I set up email forwarding of my own email domain to my personal email account?

Hi @mhe711 We no longer offer email forwarding as a service. Some grandfathered accounts still have it connected though. When did you originally register your domain with Weebly?

Hi @Bernadette, is this issue related? Can grandfathered accounts create new email aliases? An alias I created a couple of days ago can forward mail but I can't access the SMTP server correctly.

I've been a paying Weebly customer for several years and I was never notified of this change. Never.
