play video in a section

I've uploaded a 4 second mp4 movie clip as a video background in a section on my website. it uploads like it should and then i publish it. but when i go to the website it plays for about a half second and then freezes and becomes a still image. what can i do to get it to play on a loop? and not freeze?

Can you post a link to the page of your site where you've added it, @rfenamels? It sounds like it's not finishing downloading on your live site, but I want to see if it does that for me.

i solved it. it was a computer issue on my end. needed to be restarted
