not able to log in
Hello,
I am unable to log in to my site, I have tried the password rest and no email shows up,yet when I sent off for recover account, I received an email from them. I know my email and I am not sure why my password is not working. the recover acct email I recieved was not in anyway helpful
I need access to my account !!!!!!

this is completely frustrating me, hell I cant even cancel my service because I cant log in

Can you reply the most recent email sent by our support team asking for billing info? That's the best way to find the account that you are being charged for.

of course I have the app still installed, but the only site (the free one) it will let me get to is the site I had to create to get here to speak with you (lot of good this has done me) I have paid 45 dollars every month since September and I have no access this is absurd
Your customer service is seriously lacking and I am extremely upset I want my money back and I want to cancel this subscription!! I want nothing more to do with Weebly
I have no way of canceling this subscription because I cant access the site unbelievable
also Google play refuses to give me my money back because they say its yalls responsibility
this is a terrible way to run a business
