need help for getting help from weebly support

Hello Friends,

Can any one guide me to get weebly support team to help me??

I mean what shall I do to get them to respond to my query and help me solve it.... I am stuck at that point.. 

and also where is the live chat link??? I couldn't find it

You should see a chat tab in our Help Center for chat, @MayurFarm. If you don't see it, it means that it's either outside of our normal chat hours (Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm Pacific Time (9am to 9pm Eastern) and Saturday / Sunday from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time (11am to 8pm Eastern)) or all our chat agents are currently helping other people. If it's within normal hours, just wait a few minutes and refresh and it should show if someone is available.

I have been started to losing faith.. and was cursing myself for choosing.. weebly.. as since last 3 days I have been feeling depressed ... because of not being able to solve my website problem..
