navigation submenu background color

Hi all,

I want to change the navigation buttons on my page so that when sub menues open the background color is #24678d.

I've tried some different codes and nothing seems to work right.

Currently when you hover and open a submenu the background is somewhat transparent, which is making the background black letters blur i with the opened submenu.

If someone could help I would appreciate it.

Did you still need help with this, @PondFest? It looks like your submenus are using that background color when I check your site.
