I purchased a yearly plan thing because I wanted to see where exactly my views we're coming from, because I used my website as my art portfolio for job hunting, and wanted to know my portfolio had been seen by the people I've sent it to. Unfortunately, this wasn't a feature, as I'd been led to believe. I'd like a refund, per the 30-day money-back policy, but I can't find where to request it. So I'm requesting it here.
