horizontal scrolling

I would like to create the option of horizontal scrolling on this page: http://zwerm.weebly.com/projects.html

You can see we have a kind of timeline with several projects above. We would like the timeline to continou    horizontally, so you can scroll trough time (horizontally) to discover our projects...

Would that be possible?

We would like to do the same with our calendar on this page: http://zwerm.weebly.com/calendar.html

It's possible to do that, although it'll require customizing your theme to do it. Are you familiar with HTML/CSS?

I am currently using a slideshow to flick through my images and would like to change it to a horizonal scroller. I personally am not familiar with html/CSS and was hoping you would have such a theme.

Is there anyway you can help me with this?
