How do I connect to a client that already has a Weebly account and doesn't 

know how to give me access? Can this be done?

Can you clarify what you are trying to connect? Are you trying to assign a domain name, or are you trying to gain access to the account?

Can you please confirm the site name? The process may be different depending on the type of editors for the accounts.

I need to clarify what I want to do for clients. They are people who want a website and store

that do not want to do anything except pay for these services. I let them know they have to create 

an account with Weebly so their information is used for the online store, at that point I would like

to have access to build the website and e-store for them. Can this be done? Do I have the wrong 

concept of how to create, build and manage client websites?

It depends on which website editor they have at the moment, @Bw1631. If they have the classic Weebly website editor (grey background with elements on the left that you drag and drop), then they can invite you as an editor to build and manage the site. If they have the newer Square editor then that isn't possible just yet, so you'd need to have their login information and log in with that to manage the site.
