cannot register a new domain

Hi,

I am just start using weebly and i reg a account using Subdomain of Weebly.com, now I want to register a new domain.  I selected the available domain name and plus continue, however i am stuck at the checkout page of which the page keep loading and directing me to nowhere. 

2nd question, I am at the free plan, i wannt see the upgrade plan however it keep pop up saying I am at the highest paid plan.....

Hi Tifa. I don't see any billing errors in your account, and when I click the upgrade button I see options to upgrade to all plan types. Can you please post a screenshot of the error you see?
