On the https://www.weebly.com home page, from a desktop PC, about 90% down on the page, there is text on the right side with a mono color embedded video on the left side that if you mouse over turns to full color and a control for audio appears. This is not video in background like at the top of the page but something different. I want to know how this effect is accomplished so I can use it on my site. What additional app may be needed, what level of weebly account do I need, what specific steps are required, etc. I have looked through the apps and searched help and previous posts with no luck. Unfortunatley Weebly support said they don't know how it was done and provided no assistance. Any clues?
