If you're aware of the title, I just have a question, to see if this method is possible at all.
So, on my website, https://hibrydscuniverse.weebly.com/ , I want my footer to overlay and overlap onto the navigation panel that draws out from the side (I am using the Venue Theme), which makes it fixed and persistent on splash pages and no-header pages, if you get where I'm going with this.
I don't know at all if this is possible, but if it is, let me know! Thanks in advance for replying to this post. I am just curious, that's all!
