Video player not working
I have memberpages that are filled with videos. Now one of my customers is reporting that the videos doesn't load. She can just see the title of the video. She has been able to watch them on the same laptop before. It works on her phone which is connected to the same wifi. It works on her tablet.
I have other customers reporting the same problem but then it has never worked on their computer from the beginning. Could it be some setting on the computer that makes them not load? Or is this problem coming from Weebly.

It sounds like this could potentially be a cache issue. I recommend having them clear their cache and try to open the videos again. If the issue still occurs, I recommend contacting our Customer Success team directly to investigate.
