Trying to change the social media icon color on the footer

Hi,

My social media icons are black, but I need to change them to white because my background is dark color.

I tried to create my own png images in white, but I don't like they are stacked vertically on small or narrow screen. 

How can I change the color to white without using apps?

@Ukochu If you don't want to use an app, you can insert them with few lines of code using font awesome.
