Subnavigation Isn't Working

On my website www.educationwithhope.com, my subnavigation menus aren't showing up. I can see them on my dashboard while I'm working with the site and editing it, but on the live site the subnavigations aren't showing up at all. I've tried renaming them and moving them around but no matter what, subnavigations can't be seen on my live site. Help!

This might be due to the older, retired theme you're using @hopeshutt. How attached to the design are you? I think if you switch to a newer theme it will work for you.
