Spacing problems in text

At least twice in the last few days after publishing our Weebly online store we have noticed text without spaces between words (somethinglikethishappening). We take time to double/triple check all out editing before we hit publish, yet this keeps happening. Certainly this if very frustrating as, like everyone else, we want to keep a very professional image and this bug in Weebly is very inconvenient and dilutes the image we want to portray. Each time this happens, we have to go through all text in all pages to fix the errors (several). This again is very inconvenient and a waste of valuable time. Thank you for looking into this issue and fixing it.

That's pretty strange, @AES. Is it removing all the spaces in a text element, or just some here and there?

Some here and there. Please refer also to Request #5839058 on the same topic we also sent. I just checked my public online store. It looks like after we fixed the errors yesterday it is staying correct; at least now. But it is still a concern if this keeps happening. Thank you for any review or the situatuin you can do and determine if there is an technical issue that still needs to be resolved.

When you add the text do you copy/paste it from another source? Can you also post a link to your site so we can take a look at some things? Thanks!

Very unfortunately, the same issue has reoccurred. I do not specifically know when it happened but today Monday (08/20/2018) around 4:20PM (MT) I noticed it. First in our "About Us" tab but then I decided to take a look at all my other site pages. Unfortunately is just as bad as last time; and frustrating particularly seeing text that I vividly remember having fixed it and saved/publish again. This time took screen shots and I am attaching (11 screen shots); there could be more I might have overlooked. As I mentioned before, we (like anyone) want to portray a very professional image (including proper grammar, syntax, etc.) in our Weebly supported online store if failing us here. As e-commerce merchants we are extremely busy dealing with so many things to also having to deal with technical bugs; having to keep a constant eye and worrying about whether our potential customers are seeing this errors and judging the legitimacy of our business. Please help! Thank you. Here go the print screens -which by the way, reluctantly I have not fixed yet so that you can assess the problem as is now.

It looks like your screenshots aren't attached to your post, @AES. Do you still have those?

Yes, please refer to Request #5839058 open. I did include the print screens there. Hollie B. was assigned 15 days ago or so when I first became aware of this issue. She has not responded yet to my latest message (same as what I posted in community yesterday and you saw). Please, as I mentioned I have reluctantly not fixed the issue to that Weebly can actually look as my online store with these issues; find root cause; and fix.  Thank you.

I'm experiencing this same issue on product pages.

I set everything how I like it, publish it, and then look at the page and it's all crammed together still.  So then I go back to edit the product page and all my spacing is gone.  I've tried multiple times with no change.  I tried making a new product page and still the same.  I searched and found a recomendation on here to add this code to the seo and it did not help either;

<style>
#wsite-com-product-info br
{
display:block !important;
}
</style>

 Please advise.

Yep....my changes aren't being saved.  After editing and then saving a product, when I go back and open up to edit again none of my changes are there still.

Also, the text is all blocked on the right side, while the photos are on the left, but there is more text than photos, so the text is just this long block on the right with dead space on the left under the photos.  How can I get the text over?

Is there another way of doing product pages?  This isn't working for me.

Where on your site are you seeing this, @EEP1111?

Product description. Any editing I do erases spacing soitreadslikethis. It looks ok in the preview and saves funky. I solved it by deleting the entire paragraph and retyping.

I have been having this problem with Weebly for quite some time (since about the time of their last major upgrade more than a year ago).  I've requested help multiple times from Weebly Support and gotten responses such as 1.) we don't see the issue (I provided screen recordings showing the issue happening on my site), 2.) it's your browser (issue exists on multiple browsers I've tested including Firefox, Edge, IE, Chrome), 3.) it's your PC (really? - I text multiple computers all show the issue), 4.) it's hidden characters in text you are pasting into the product description (the issue happens whether I paste in text or type in virgin text), 5.) Weebly does this on purpose (really?  why?  Weebly should in no way change the text I enter for any field on my site).  As someone here previously stated, without multiple edits / re-work, if I don't catch this, it results in the listings on my web site looking very unprofessional to potential clients.  Please someone determine why this is happening and fix it.  To date, my experience with Weebly Support on the issue has been extremely frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear you have had a negative experience from support. Speaking as someone who has been on both sides, I can promise you that it's equally frustrating for the reps when they can't duplicate an issue. The reps really do want to assist you and be as helpful as possible. The amount of support they can receive from their line of support is limited if they can't produce an example of the issue in real time. Videos are super helpful though, and I would think that would have helped shed some light on the problem.

The most common reason for this to happen is from copy/pasting text. When you do copy/paste you should be able to remove the formatting without having to type everything over again. Can you post a link to one of the products that is affected?

I don't see spacing issues on this product. Is this the right website? https://atgcoins.weebly.com/store/p1391/1740-B__French_Colonies_Sou_Marque_%2F_PCGS_MS-63.html

That paragraph actually looks pretty normal to me, although I see some lines of text which have more space between words than others. This is the normal way in which text is handled by a browser unless you specifically style it to do something different. You can read a little more about it on this post to StackExchange.

This is still happening regularly, not just with the OP, but with myself as well on multiple product descriptions. It's making me absolutely crazy because it makes my site look amateurish. Here's a link in which you can see the product description is missing a space between "in" and "beautiful."  I can change it and save it a thousand times and it will always revert to the errored state.
