SSL and website not properly set up

I keep getting the message-  It appears that your domain is not properly setup to display your website - each time I publish my site.  The SSL will not enable.  I have followed the instructions where the domain is registred - namecheap.com and also with Weebly pointing my domain to 199.34.228.77

Thanks for posting, @rock. I just enabled SSL for your site; if you had recently updated DNS it might have just taken a little while for those changes to propagate.
