Hi,
I made a mistake and forgot to turn off renewal for my site using the 2-year Starter plan. I realized the mistake this morning when I received an email that my subscription had been renewed. I turned off the subscription, but rather than having it run through another 2 years is it possible to receive a refund? I just don't need the perks that come with the paid service.
(posting here because I couldn't find another place to ask about this)
