Request Refund

Hello, 

while your Site is great, it doesnt offer what i expected.

My main problem was the "membership" function, which simply didnt offer as much customization as i needed.

If possible i would like to request a refund.

3 Purchrases have been made by me, all on the 24.12.

Also, i was charged 5$ two Times instead of 1 for an App purchrase, maybe you could help me with that or tell me whom to contact.

It's not a problem at all. Just to be clear you do not want the domain name? It is actually just barely outside of the window to return the domain name to the registrar. We can still refund you, but the domain will remain registered with us until 2018. If you want to use the domain before it expires you would just need to repurchase from us.
