Refund

I would like to receive a refund for all charges on 12/09/2019 ($19.95) & (29.00), for my weebly site Soulful Cook LVJ & domain soulfulcooklvj.com. I would like these charges refunded as soon as possible. I also wish to delete both. Your help on this is greatly apprecitated.
