Refund!
I need a refund as soon as possible because it overcharged my account. I emailed but nobody has contacted me back.

Did you need a refund and cancelation of your Promote service, @hannahleajones? I see you bought one month of Business through our mobile app, then a separate charge for 12 months of Promote.
