Hello, I was hoping if I could receive a refund for my Weebly Pro and business website. I purchased 2 days ago. But I no longer want to use it anymore. Can I get a refund please for the both?

I've taken out your pro package and also my domain. Unfortuntaley, and I know I'm not the only one, the responsive theme feature isn't working out for my design on mobile which, as I'm sure you're very aware, is absolutely vital these days. To that end, can I request a refund for my purchase - I only took it out yesterday. I hope the responsive feature is updated soon to allow customers more scope with their designs. Such a shame, because the desktop editor works great!
Kind regards
Kevin

It's not a problem to cancel and refund your services for you, @kevin82, although before we do that could you let me know how your site wasn't responsive on mobile devices? It looks like you're using a standard theme so it should work automatically.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
The responsive feature was working (but not). Unfortunately the work that I'd put into the desktop builder was not looking so hot in the mobile display. Text was all over the place in terms of placement and size; pictures were not aligned (I did add the column lock app), and sadly there was no way to edit any of this for mobile display.
I understand that I could adjust my design in the desktop builder, but that would become counter-productive and extremely time consuming.
I can see the purpose and advantages of having responsive themes. But until users are able to make changes in a mobile editor, it appears to be a bit of a flawed feature. I really hope the developers get on top of this because, other than that, creating a website with Weebly was both user friendly and an enjoyable experience.
Kind regards
Kevin

A way to edit the mobile site separately is something we're considering, but I don't know when or if we'd add something like that. If you'd still like a refund I can do that for you, though. Did you want to keep your domain or just cancel that, too?
