Refund Request
Hi Weebly Team!
I haven't been using any of my Weebly sites and was under the impression that I had cancelled all of my connected sites a few months ago. I was recently charged again on yesterday, for what us to be my primary site but I no longer use it. I clicked the unsubscribe button again (which I thought I did previously). How can I receive a refund for the subscription that I am no longer using that just came out of my account yesterday? I tried calling the contact number provided but it says business hours are closed. I don't see where on the site a clear understanding of the cancellation and refund policy? I like the Weebly service but until I can be consistent with my content and online presence, I can't afford to keep paying for a service that I haven't used in months.

Sorry about that! I've refunded the charge back to you, and you should see that in your account in a couple business days. I also removed the service so you won't be billed again for it in the future.

Hi Adam
I have also recently been trying to figure out on how to get a refund, I recently purchased Weebly just a few days ago and have not gotten the hang of it and would like a refund. I believe I purchased the 1 Year Plan and Domain. Like I said im not sure if wether we simply have to write you guys message or unless there is a specific web page for us to fill out the details. Thanks!

Good Morning Adam,
I have the same issue as the previous person. I made a mistake thinking the prices were in pesos(mexican money) since I leave in Mexico, and when it went trough it didn't mention US dollars or anything. Untill I saw half of my check gone. Please could you do me the favor of refunding the payment. Thank you for your support.

Hello, I had an automated payment to weebly that I did not realize was still active and I wish to cancel and request refund of that payment as well please, how do I go about doing so?

It looks like the most recent charge was a renewal for your Google Apps for email service, and a few days before that was the renewal of your Starter service.
Are you using your domain email or your Starter service?
