Putting the front page address in the permalink section

I am in the store, I am filling out the Product infomation page and go to put the front end product page in the permalink section where occasionally it is rejected ie www.whitelightenterprises.com/store/p179/Sterling_Silver_Pentagrams_%28Plain%29.html is rejected, whereas others ie www.whitelightenterprises.com/store/p166/Frog_on_Ball_Statue.html are accepted, both are copied from the front end to be pasted in the permalink section. Does anyone know why this is?

You don't actually need to enter anything in that field unless you want to have the page name different than what is used by default (Frog_on_Ball_Statue.html, for example).

You also only need to enter what you want the page name to be, and not the whole URL (so you could enter "frog_ball_statue.html").
