Problems with data from Weebly contact forms- gathering and organizing- And requested changes

Hi guys!

I have several great Weebly sites that have contact forms on every page in the site.  This is great for getting maximum fills from customers.  But there are some things in the Weebly setup that are making data collection difficult.

1) Right now, from the dashboard, I click into the Form Entries link.  From there I have to downloads a spreadsheet for Every page!  Is there Any way to download all the form entries from all pages into one spreadsheet?  If not, Weebly, can you please create this option?!

So then I have to download separate spreadsheets for each webpage, and then work pretty darn hard to combine them all into one spreadsheet.

2) To further add to complications.  the current layout of date and time info being in the same cell of form data spreadsheets creates another problem.  Since I am combining data from 10 pages, and trying to put them into date order, having the date and time in the same cell makes this sorting impossible.

So I have 2 requests to make, Weebly team :-):

1)  Please create an option to download ALL form data from All webpages, into one spreadsheet.  (unless I'm missing this option already present, if so please and thank you for telling me how to do this! 🙂

2)  Please separate date and time into two different cells.

Hey NJRFTF!  Thanks so much!  I had very high hopes.  Unfortunately, two problems.  I work on a Mac, so the file is in Numbers.  I have another dinosaur Mac that has Excel on it. I converted it to Excel, then tried both methods.  Neither formula or flash fill worked.  My Excel version is 2008 v 12.2.7  which is ancient.  Doesn't even have flash fill.  Also tried to find a similar fix especially for Numbers, found nada.

That said, I am not able to pull and sort all of my form fills.  I still want Weebly to consider making the two changes I requested.  I can't imagine that there would be a problem with doing them.  Do you know how I can send my requests, actually this whole thread..., directly to the developers, for their help with these issues?

Thanks again for offering this fix!  It should have worked!  But really, Weebly can make this easier for me and other business owners. 🙂
