Problem with my new domain name

I bought a domain with you and when publishing the page it gives me the error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Researching on weebly about it, tells me that I have to configure the dns and explains how to do it manually or by sending an email to my domain host, but be supposed to that buying the domain name from you did not have to configure anything else, you are my domain host. Please tell me what to do, Thanks for your help

Thanks for your post, @Betoman90. If a domain is purchased through us it won't require any configuration. It looks like you only change the address of the site and didn't actually register the domain, though. To do that, go to the Domains page of your account and click on the register button to purchase and register the domain.

Thank you very much for your attention Adam, the purchase is supposed to have been made by my boss, I only take care of the creation of the page, I received from you an email with the following information:

Does this not indicate that the domain was canceled? Please, if you can be more specific, I would appreciate it. The domain name we bougth is:  www.adlyzcaliman.com

That order is the receipt for your upgrade to the Connect plan, and not a receipt for the registration of a domain name.

Ok, could you please tell me where I should communicate so that they take care of me correctly and help me solve my problem ... the information you give me is not very useful for me at the moment. If is in Spanish much better.

Hi there. You will need to register the domain name as Adam suggested. Once the domain name is registered you will be able to publish to your site. To do that, go to the Domains page of your account and click on the register button to purchase and register the domain.

Hola. Deberá registrar el nombre de dominio como lo sugirió Adam. Una vez que el nombre de dominio esté registrado, podrá publicar en su sitio. Para hacerlo, vaya a la página Dominios de su cuenta y haga clic en el botón de registro para comprar y registrar el dominio.
