Problem downgrading and publishing

Weebly hosts our website for an annual fundraiser (https://www.masonemptybowls.org). We upgraded the Starter site to Business for a one-time "virtual" event due to the pandemic. We need to go back to the Starter package now that the event is over and we no longer need Business features.

It was impossible to downgrade the Business package. So we let it expire and now we cannot seem to publish a Starter site using a copy of the old site and our already purchaed and registered domain name. I keep trying to follow the directions for setting up the site with domain purchased from elsewhere, but it does not seem to save the information.

I changed the DNS to point to the records indicated by Weebly. But the site keeps publishing to a weebly subdomain with a domain name we did not purchase (860247719631647881.weebly.com).

Help! I would like to get the website back online.

Thanks for your post, @sac758. I've removed the expired Business subscription, so you should be able to upgrade the site to Starter again.

Thank you, Adam. That took care of the problem. Website back up and running under the Starter plan. Now I just need to delete the copied site and seek a refund for the other Starter plan I already paid for but didn't use.

Not a problem, @sac758 - I've voided the charge for the other Starter service and removed it for you.
