Placing hyperlinked images above navigation menu

My client wishes to have some hyperlinked images that appear above the navigation menu in the header. I added a section with these hyperlinked images in it but it will not let me move it above the menu.  He got the idea from this website (I have removed identifying info).  Are there any Weebly themes that will allow this or has the navigation menu in another area?  Thanks for your help!website example

Interesting design idea! The only way to have a section above the navigation is to customize your theme and add an area for sections above the navigation. I wouldn't really recommend doing this unless you're really familiar with HTML and CSS, though.
