Page cannot be found using VPN

Hello, 

the website I created cannot be found whenever I am connected to the VPN of my university, which is quite a hindrance, since it is supposed to be a webpage for students. 

The SSL is activated, but still it cannot be found. As soon as I disconnect the VPN I have no troubles opening the webpage. 

I have seen that some others had similar problems, but I could not see an easy fix for the problem?

This might be something that has to be addressed by your school or internet service provider directly. What is the name of the site? When you disconnect from VPN how do you reconnect to pull up your site?
