Not receiving contact form submission
For some reason I'm not receiving the contact form submission from one of my students. She has retried three times now. She arrives at the landing the page that confirms that her form has been submitted. But I don't receive the submission from her. I receive from others and it’s not in spam.

If you go to Website > Overview > Form entries on your dashboard, do you see the entries of your student there, @Yogama?

Hmm... It's possible something about their submission was viewed as spam-like so they were rejected. They may want to switch to a different browser and try again.

She tried from her phone, computer and tablet. So don't think the browser is the problem.
Also. This happened to this user once before. But the second time she tried with me guiding through the phone it worked. So that time I thought it was the user that had made some mistake. But this time I guided her all the time and it didn't come through even though she came to a new landing page with confirmation.

Is she using the same internet connection when testing on her phone? If her wifi and data are enabled it could be using the same connection as the computer and tablet. Can you see if she can disable wifi (or data) and try?

She tried without wifi now and it worked. That's not good at all. How many applications to my courses do I miss out on because weebly think they are spam?! Why can't I see the ones that Weebly consider to be spam? It should be up to me to decide that. Just like in normal junk mail.

I cannot recieve submission even disabling wifi. It's very serious problem now. I don't know how many leads I missed out. It should be fixed right away.
These are my sites which have problems not receiving submission emails:

This is so frustrating. I've finally got a reply from Weebly on the topic but it seems like we're getting no where. They keep dodging the real issue which is that they can't show what ends up in spam. The soulution offered so far is for me to get a third party form builder. Say what!!! That makes no sence at all. It's like they are saying our form builder sucks so get another one but we still want you to pay for our crappy one.
We've paid for this service and then it should work. If they can't solve it they should give us a discount equal the cost for a third party form builder. It's bull**bleep** to say we could get one for free from a third party when the free ones can't perform the task. Also, I’ve paid for the support on Weebly’s form. Would they give support on a third party?
