The verification email can only go to the email address listed as the registrant contact for your domain. Unfortunately, it looks like your email address is missing the "m" from .com, so you won't get it. Can you go to the Domains tab, click on your domain to manage it, click "edit" for your contact info and change that to a valid email?

Hi @Weighthanz Do you mean you are trying to verify the domain name? Make sure you are checking the correct email. You need to make sure to verify the link at the registrant email address which begins with joeannabel@@

Hello Bernadette

Thank you so much for getting back to me.  I see what I was doing there now, but I had asked for a new verification email which I never received.  I am looking again to see if I could send for another one, but I can't see now where to find it on my logged in place.  Thanks, Annabel

Hi Annabel. I triggered a new email to be sent to the above address yesterday. If you didn't receive it you can re-save the registrant contact email which should give the option to send a new link. Make sure to check your spam folder as well. Smiley Happy

Hello Bernadette

Thank you for trying to do that for me, I never received an email to joeannabel...  I re saved my email as you suggested, but actually the email I have in my account settings is actually an icloud email address.  Should I change that to the joeannabel...?
