I loggged into my website - darlingtonsugarcraft.weebly.com. At first I could see the dashboard and could go to edit page, but the screen went black/grey.
I then returned to the old dashboard & thought I'd use your 'New' dashboard to solve the problem, clicked into that, now all I can see is a white screen and can't return to anything, can't log out or access the site at all for help or support, even the 'help center' icon on this community page goes to the white screen.
Please help as I need to edit this site regularly.

Well, I can't believe that Microsoft never put a pop up on to let me know that it wouldn't support the site on Internet Explorer any more. It would have stopped a lot of hassle.
I changed to Google Chrome and the site is there, all perfect and correct. Although I'm still finding it hard to get a reply to sent back to you, whichever site I use?
Thank you so much for your help, I was tearing my hair out wondering if I had deleted the site by accident.

However, I can’t seem to get this reply sent back to you – tried for a week. You have now sent me an email to me to ask if question has been resolved & to mark it as ‘Accepted Solution’? where this is on the page, I have no idea?

I'm using Internet Explorer.
One week ago it was working perfectly ok, I edited the site & published. The next day I went on, I logged on & dashboard loaded, clicked 'edit site' It loaded the page, but the screen was just black & didn't have any tools or my website. I returned to dashboard & clicked the 'new' dashboard - bad move, it went to a white screen with nothing, can't return to original dashboard or log out, nothing there.
Please advise.

Microsoft discontinued support and updates for Internet Explorer, so I recommend switching to the newest version of Google Chrome, FireFox, or Microsoft Edge. Any one of those should work great for you.
