Move Navigation Menu in Oasis Theme

How do I move the navigation menu from the bottom of panel one to the top of panel two in the Oasis theme?

Yes, I have the same question. Has anyone figure this out?

Problem is, I can't  seem to make ANY edits to my header, other than remove it or change it to SPLASH. WHERE ARE ALL THE CONTROLS? I see in "Customize Your Website Header" in the Help area, it says you can "Click on the Header section itself or on the button to the left to access the settings." But nothing I do gets me to anywhere I can access the header settings.

Square

What kind of edits are you looking to make, @acmegfx? If you want to change the image, there should be an orange "Edit image" button on the very bottom of the header image when you mouse over it.

Why are my posts not showing up? For the 5th time ...

I'm not just trying to move the navbar. I posted earlier and can't seem to find the train. But I guess it didn't take.

I'll try again. I'm referring to this page in the Online Store Support area:

https://www.weebly.com/app/help/us/en/topics/create-a-flexible-header

It says: "Click on the Header section itself or on the button to the left to access the settings." Then it says, "Move your mouse over any of the items on the left to see the corresponding section highlighted on the right. Click on any item to open the options. Each part of the header has its own settings that you can adjust individually, and we’ll go over them one at a time here."

I cannot access these Header settings.

This is where you can apparently change the layout, edit the navigation style, add an action button, and a cart or search icon, edit the section style ... why can I not access this menu? I am in the Oasis theme.
