I think it might be some broken code in your custom theme, @ASAY81 . If you check your the header page template, you'll see some tags highlighted in pink. This indicates that there's something wrong with your HTML code (in this case I think you just have your closing </font> and </a> tags in reverse order). That could be the cause or it could be something else with the custom theme.
It turns out that my security settings had changed and I was unable to see it on my end, but other people that were not on my network were able to see it. My IT company had to update my security settings.
