Managing our own files (delete files, reuse files without having to upload them every time)

I tried to upload a photo using my app on my phone, and great it worked, now it is stuck on the bottom of every page!  I cannot find the photo anywhere in the edit mode, but shows up when you visit the website, and its huge and at the bottom and annoying and frustating!  any help would be great!  Thanks
