Make all columns equal height

I am having trouble with layouts that have multiple elements across, organized as a row, where some items are taller than others. For example, the team elements. How can I have Weebly make all the elements in the same row be the same height?

OK I see now, the issue is with the components inside the table, not the Weebly table. In this case it is the team cards, also by Weebly, who dynamically expand the height. This means that when they resize due to the content, they change height. They should be set to be 100% of the parent container.
